May 17 – Oratorical Winner Information due to OI.
May 20 – COER Club Officer Elect Report due to Optimist International
May 20 – Ontario Corporations officer change form to be filed with Service Ontario, (new online process as of October 2021).

Jun 7 – District Minutes from previous month to be made available
Jun 13 – World Junior Golf – District Qualifier, Caledon Hills, T-off 3:00 PM
Jun 28-Jul 1 – Optimist International Convention, Jacksonville, Florida
Jun 30 – Last day to add/delete members for the quarter
Jun 30 – A&A Achievement and Awards activities form to be submitted for 3rd Quarter
Jun 30 – Review Honor/Distinguished Club Qualifications and adjust goals.
July 2026

September 2026
Sep – Lieutenant Governor to complete Annual Club Reviews and submit to: Gov, LG -Designate, District S/T, and Governor-Designate
Sep – District Minutes from previous month to be made available.
Sep 8-14 – Celebrate Community, Optimists, Lions, Rotarians & Kiwanis spread the spirit of service to the community around the world.
Sep 30 – Presidents Pride Report due to Optimist International
Sep 30 – Last day to add/delete members for the quarter
Sep 30 – Last day to pay club dues to Optimist International to qualify for international award
Sep 30 – A&A Achievement and Awards activities form to be submitted for 4th Quarter
Sep 30 – Last day to submit Club Pride Report (prev. President’s Pride) paper form, or online in Optimist Leaders login
October 2026
Oct 1 – New Optimist Year starts today
Oct 1 – District and International Dues statements sent out based on Sep 30th membership
Oct 1 – Clubs to distribute updated Roster and Bylaws to membership
Oct 1-30 – Club Officer Installations by Lieutenant Governors & First Club Visits
Oct 1 – Ontario Corporations – Form 1 – annual officer changes should be filed soon if not already updated.
Oct 31 – Fourth Quarter Reports due to OI (District S/T)
November 2026
Nov (early) – Lieutenant Governors to conduct 1st Zone Meeting & submit Zone Report to District Secretary Treasurer by Conference.
Nov 1 – District Newsletter issued, deadline for next issue by the 5th.
Nov 1 – Clubs should have an independent review of their previous year’s financials with report to their club membership
Nov 5 – District Executive Meeting 7:00 pm (Zoom)
Nov 7 – District Conference – Launch the new Optimist year
December 2026
Dec 6 – District Minutes from previous month to be made available
Dec 31 – Last day to add/delete members for the quarter
